SHIPMENT POLICY
We are responsible if the shipment is documented with information different from what the buyer provided or if we make an error when documenting their order.
We are not responsible if the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information on their order, causing their order to arrive at a different address than the one intended.
The customer is responsible for providing and verifying that their address, contact, and email information is correct.
Once the order is delivered to the carrier, we are not responsible for and are completely unaffected by unforeseen events such as delays due to system outages, weather conditions, package tampering, and theft, or errors in the package documentation by the carrier or the customer.
We are not responsible for and are completely unaffected if the carrier is robbed or stolen and the package is lost as a result.
We are not responsible if the product arrives damaged, broken, or damaged as a result of the carrier's handling.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that their package has not been tampered with, damaged, mistreated, or double-taped, in the presence of the delivery carrier.
The customer fully accepts our terms, conditions, and shipping policies when making their purchase with us.
